OUR MISSION

Indian Drone Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IDCCI) came into existence at Chennai in the year 2026 with seven dedicated members. The primary aim is to position India as a global hub for drone and deep-tech innovation by 2030. Core Objectives • Policy Advocacy: Working alongside the central government and civil aviation authorities to create progressive, simplified regulations and foster the ease of doing business. • Indigenous Manufacturing: Promoting the "Make in India" and Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India) initiatives to scale local production of drones and critical hardware components, reducing import reliance. • Technology & R&D: Bridging gaps between the armed forces, research institutes, startups, and academia to accelerate testing, deployment, and cutting-edge autonomous systems. • Skill Development: Expanding professional training programs and certifications for remote pilots and technicians to support the growing drone economy.
